You and Venturebel each waive any right to a jury trial with respect to any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Termination
